When I met up with Candice for a wedding consultation, I could tell right away she is a girl that had it together! She knew exactly the look she was going for and exactly what kind of look she didn't want... which is music to a photographers ears! She told me she would like more of an urban feel for her engagements, with buildings and cool angles (maybe I'm adding the angles part, but that's what I imagine when I hear 'urban' ;-). I don't necessarily lean toward this type of photography on my own, but it was SUCH a blast expanding my photographic-boundaries and playing with different types of poses.
Sadly for me and not-so-sadly for Justin and Candice, they decided they just couldn't wait to become Mr. and Mrs. (honestly, how cute is that?) and decided to tie the knot BEFORE their big shin-dig! I wish.wish.wish I could have been a fly on the wall, with my camera of course, for that ceremony... but this move to Washington kind of prevented it. So I wish you two eager love birds the BEST with your new, happy lives together!!! Much love, Chrissy :-)

I met up with the Hinds family at one of my absolute favorite locations in San Antonio. They said they like the "country" look, and this little spot is just that! Wood fences, oak trees, and a big ol' red barn :-) Their 4 kids were just about the easiest things to photograph... once little Maggie warmed up they were all smiles. And the baby (who is now CRAWLING!) was definitely the center of attention. Enjoy!!
